Today's picture is admittedly the runner up. My attempts at mindfulness failed me until it was too late to capture the elderly Thai woman wearing a t-shirt declaring "I love Jorts".  And in the event you were wondering if she really meant Jorts... It featured a visual depiction of Jorts to eliminate potential confusion.  But alas I was not aware it was happening until it was too late. So until then please rest secure in the knowledge that even Thailand cannot escape Food Truck Fridays.

I see this sign every morning when I get off the train. Yes, it's technically an ad for plastic  surgery. But I still find it motivational. Some days I do a better job than others, but it's always an important question to ask yourself.
