Dinner at Gaggan. Rated the top restaurant in Asia and very well deserved. My friend started with a coconut cocktail complete with liquid nitrogen. I had a perfect martini with the spherical olives I love from Jaleo (as pioneered by El Bulli)

A visit to hellfire pass. This is the part along the Thai Burma railway that the Australian and British POWs were forced to carve by hand.  The Aussies built a memorial there and you can hike that portion of the railway today.
